Overview:

Krystal is a renowned exporter, manufacturer, stockist, supplier, and stockholder of high-quality TP 321 Stainless Steel Tubes and Pipes. These chromium-nickel alloy products are known for their excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, and outstanding performance in challenging environments such as chemical processing, petrochemical, power generation, and high-pressure industries. TP 321 offers exceptional weldability, making it ideal for various fabrication and forming applications.

TP 321 (1.4541 / UNS S32100) is a stabilized form of 304 stainless steel, with added titanium to reduce the risk of sensitization during welding. This alloy provides excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, making it well-suited for applications in high-temperature and corrosive environments. TP 321 also has superior oxidation resistance and high creep strength, maintaining its structural integrity at elevated temperatures.

TP 321H (1.4878 / UNS S32109) is a high-carbon version of TP 321, specifically designed for high-temperature service. The increased carbon content in TP 321H enhances its tensile strength and creep resistance at elevated temperatures while maintaining good corrosion resistance, particularly in sulfur-containing environments.

TP 321 and TP 321H are widely used in critical applications that require high strength, resistance to high temperatures, and performance in aggressive environments. Typical applications include heat exchangers, boiler tubes, pressure vessels, exhaust systems, furnace parts, and chemical process equipment, as well as components for power plants and refineries.
